Ability to be alerted to relative changes in serial number premium (ex. a card with Serial Number lower than 500, and premium cost compared to floor of less than 50%).
Both the Serial Number and premium should be variable fields ideally.
(If = Serial number less than X, has price equal = floor + Y%, alert triggered)
Can also be Serial Number by % = lowest 50% of serial, lowest 10%, etc.
