Top Shot Alerts#114

Hello, fantastic product. I’ve set 12 different alerts on the site and connected through Slack. I’m being alerted properly, but the alerts seem to be incorrect. When I click on View on Top Shot, the Low Ask is always above my alert price. I have then waiting some time and check recent sales to see if the moment I was alerted about sold for my alert cost, in 4 separate cases, there has been no sale. Any thoughts? Thank you,

This is really tough to say what’s happening without digging into the blockchain in more detail. It’s possible that the alerts were phantom alerts and our system wasn’t working properly or that the user listed and then canceled or that TS was doing that to test for users that were utilizing bots.

Hay Mat, I don’t have near as many alerts as I had before, but the ones I have seem to be working well. If I notice anything, I’ll let you know. Thanks for circling back with me…
