I have a finding I’d like to share with you, I hope it doesn’t sound whiny or complaining, just wanted to point it out to you.
I dm’d one of my Twitter friends TopShotanalytix, asking if there was a quicker way for me to grab data from Evaluate because I spend a lot of time doing it, and he referred me to your site. I purchased it and it looks as good as advertised.
There was something I stumbled upon when trying to research sales on Tatum 15k.
I had the last 1,000 sales from Evaluate that I copy and pasted prior to buying your sub, and there was one serial# listing <100, but none on AMF. I changed the filter to <1000 and it was 36-21 Evaluate.
Change the filter again to >1000 and it’s 964-962.
Had similar findings on Carmelo 15k that I was also researching on Evaluate. <1000 24-11, >1000 976-974
I also tried it on the Booker 15k that I did manually and it was <100 1-0 evaluate, <1000 38-36, then >1000 961-962 you guys.
Seems like something is happening in the lower serial ranges. I’m not about to suggest anything because I struggle to turn my laptop on most days, but I wanted to let you know.
It won’t change my mind about what I purchased, I’m very happy with it within an hour of purchasing it.
Thank you, and all my best,
Warren Watson

Hey Warren, thank you for your feedback and we will definitely look into whether or not we are missing transactions.
Out of curiousity, while looking at the transactions chart, did you have “Remove Outliers” on? This toggle will remove the highest and lowest quartile of transactions and may have hid some transactions you were looking for.
So that I can better track things down, could you let me know the serial number and date of the sale for the <100 serial number Tatum in your first example?
Wow. That was what I did wrong! Thanks for the prompt response, and I got a quick lesson on how to use.
Thanks so much
