Price Alerts with Serial ##117

Hi I think your alerts are great but it would be awesome to get an alert on price AND serial number. For example, for cards with 35,000 cc, I may only want to buy ones with serials under 2000. Would be great for an alert to let us choose the serial number to be below, like 2000, and a price alert, to tell us when any of those hit.
