Alerts not working above $5,000?#120

Hi there,

Mat suggested I start a ticket here. For some reason the only alerts I’m not getting are anything related to these two moments. Everything else below these price levels is working fine. Any chance alerts aren’t working above a certain price threshold?

Hey, thanks for reporting the issue. Adding those links helped me narrow down the problem quickly so I appreciate the details.

After reviewing our price watches, there was a random issue which was causing these moments (and a couple others) to not update and send alerts. We have fixed that issue and you should start getting alerts again.
