Include Expired Challenges in the Filter#122

Thanks for the new filters! I have a suggestion to include a toggle in the Challenges filter between Active and Expired challenges. Having the ability to look back at challenge market behaviour is helpful to predict similar, current challenges.

We plan on having a challenge grid entirely separate at some point but can look to a quick fix for this support in the short term.
