NBA WOWY Not Working Properly Close to Lock#124

I have noticed recently that the NBA WOWY platform does not work close to inside about an hour before each slate. I suspect that this is due to high traffic, which is an understandable issue. However, I cannot use it and react to late breaking injury news without this platorm and would like to bring it to your attention if it has not been before, and encourage swift action as you are at risk of losing a subscriber is the pattern continues. You provide a service at a premium. We expect to work when it needs to be working.

The issue was resolved shortly after and we have monitors in place to help us identify strains. We’re upping the resources moving forward though.
