
Hi there,
Password reset is not working. It simply redirects you to the site, from an email, to which you’re already logged in and have no procedures to follow.
I’d like to either reset my password or delete my account details.

When is this planned to be resolved? It still is not working to reset passwords

It’s possible youre entering an email we dont have in our system. Please reach out with more info.
The redirect doesn’t work from the email to be specific, so it shouldn’t be the email.

The link is only valid for 15 minutes. If you can email me we can look into it further. We tested and the link was working for us and we’ve seen it work with other users. Without further information, we can’t assist much more.
We’re going to add some feedback to help assist the user of:
“If this is a registered email on file, you’ll receive a link to reset your password. The link is only valid for 15 minutes.”

I think we see your account @Wongsl33. Were you able to get in? Happy to take this to an email or chat thread for more real time feedback.

Going to mark this one resolved though since in general the reset link works. If you’re logged in and want to change your password, you’ll have to log out before you click the link or it won’t work.

Looks like we found the issue and should have a fix out tomorrow. Thank you for your feedback as it helped track it down.
For now, there is a work around to log out from the site then click your email link to reset your password.
